Warranty & After-Sales

Jisun's warranty framework and after-sales support process for amusement equipment buyers.

Our Warranty Framework

As a manufacturer, we stand behind the equipment we build. Our standard warranty term is 12 months, covering defects in materials and workmanship, backed by lifetime technical support for the life of the machine. Because warranty terms can be adjusted per order, please confirm the exact warranty period applicable to your order at the time of quotation, or check the specific product page once published.

What Warranty Typically Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in electronic control boards, motors, and wiring.
  • Structural defects in cabinet construction under normal operating conditions.
  • Malfunction of core game mechanisms not caused by misuse or unauthorized modification.

What Warranty Typically Excludes

  • Damage from improper installation, misuse, or operating outside specified conditions.
  • Normal wear items (e.g., prize items, lighting bulbs/LEDs, consumables) beyond a limited period.
  • Damage from unauthorized repair or modification.
  • Damage occurring in transit — see our Shipping & Incoterms page for responsibility during shipment.
