Quality Control
How Jisun approaches quality inspection across incoming materials, in-process manufacturing, and pre-shipment checks.
Inspection Checkpoints
Quality control on amusement equipment like claw machines, redemption games, and arcade cabinets happens at multiple stages of production, not just at the end. A typical inspection flow includes the following checkpoints:
- Incoming material inspection — key components (acrylic/glass panels, electronic boards, motors, coin/bill mechanisms, cabinets) are checked before entering assembly.
- In-process inspection — during assembly, wiring, and mechanical fitting to catch issues before they compound in later stages.
- Functional testing — powered-on testing of game logic, claw/gripper mechanics or equivalent play mechanism, lighting, sound, and coin/payment acceptance.
- Pre-shipment inspection — final visual and functional check, packaging integrity, and accessory/parts checklist before the unit is packed for export.
Why This Matters for Buyers
For B2B buyers importing amusement equipment, in-transit damage and DOA (dead-on-arrival) units are the most common causes of costly returns. A structured, multi-stage inspection process reduces that risk before goods ever leave the factory.
