Shipping & Incoterms

Incoterms and shipping arrangements Jisun supports for international amusement equipment orders.

Choosing an Incoterm

As is standard for B2B export of industrial and amusement equipment, we can quote under several internationally recognized Incoterms depending on your logistics preference and destination. Exact terms available depend on order size, destination, and current freight market conditions — confirm applicable Incoterms and responsibilities with our sales team when requesting a quote.

Freight Mode

Given the size and weight of claw machines, arcade cabinets, and similar equipment, sea freight (LCL for small orders, FCL for container-load orders) is the standard shipping method. Air freight is available for urgent or lightweight orders at a higher cost.

Export Packaging

Machines are packaged to withstand international ocean freight, typically using wooden crating or reinforced export cartons appropriate to the product. Packaging specifics vary by product — confirm with our team for a specific model.

Customs & Compliance

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country are generally the buyer's responsibility under FOB/CFR/CIF terms unless otherwise agreed. Operators are responsible for confirming local regulatory compliance for amusement equipment in their jurisdiction — see our compliance note on the Warranty & After-Sales page.
