Project Requirements

The buyer needed an export-ready equipment package built around Dream Star Gacha Machine. For this type of project, the key sourcing questions are practical: whether the machine mix fits the venue, how many cabinets can be produced in one batch, what customization is possible, and how the factory supports packing, shipment, and after-sales communication.

We matched the cabinet color and front branding to the mall operator's family game zone artwork, then adjusted the lighting style for a brighter indoor corridor. The units were configured for 75mm and 100mm capsule prize planning with the buyer's preferred control setup.

Jisun handled the project as a direct factory order, with configuration confirmation before production and export packing prepared for overseas shipment.
